Beau Lamarre-Condon ordered food from a McDonald’s drive-thru in a van allegedly used to dispose of two bodies, footage released by the court has shown.

Lamarre-Condon, 31, is accused of fatally shooting Sydney couple, Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, with his police service weapon in Baird’s Paddington home on 19 February 2024.

He has pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder and one charge of aggravated break and enter.

Exhibits newly released by the court showed the officer’s movements in the days after the alleged double murder.

During the early hours of 22 February 2024, Lamarre-Condon is captured by the cameras at McDonald’s Sutton Forest, about 30km from where he would allegedly dispose of Baird and Davies’ bodies.

In the video, he pulls up to the drive-thru in a white van, pays for his order, then moves to the next window where he collects a paper McDonald’s bag and a drink.

It’s the latest footage seen by the jury in Lamarre-Condon’s murder trial, which has been running for five weeks.

Last week, CCTV showing his movements the day after the alleged shootings was played in the NSW supreme court.

He can be seen near Baird’s house carrying a bucket, withdrawing cash from various ATMs, and buying cleaning items from Bunnings Alexandria.

Footage from Cronulla on the evening of 20 February 2024 shows Lamarre-Condon and a friend dining at a sushi train before taking a walk along the esplanade at the beach.

Later that night, the pair stop by Cronulla Bowls Club and the friend points out the skip bins, before Lamarre-Condon returns alone a few hours afterwards.

Bloodied items belonging to Baird and Davies would be found inside the bins the next morning.

Videos from two days after the alleged murders were also played to the jury on Monday, and released late Wednesday.

About 7.30am on 21 February 2024, footage from St Vincent’s hospital in Sydney showed Lamarre-Condon arriving for a minor surgery, the day after he allegedly cleaned up the scene of the crime.

In CCTV from Bunnings Rockdale, Lamarre-Condon can be seen pushing a shopping trolley through the aisles before eventually buying gloves, a shovel, a wheelbarrow, and quick-set concrete, among other items.

Later that afternoon, footage from Bunnings Goulburn – about 150km away – captures the policeman and his friend speaking to a sales assistant and buying an angle grinder and padlock.

Baird and Davies’ bodies would be discovered in nearby Bungonia a few days later.

The defence team claims the two men were accidentally shot when the accused acted in “self-defence”.

Lamarre-Condon then “panicked considerably”, cleaning up the scene and disposing of the bodies, defence lawyer John Stratton SC said.

The trial before Justice Natalie Adams continues.
